Allen Crosswell and Ned Torian formed the firm of Crosswell Torian Commercial Properties, LLC in October of 2002 in order to create a team with a full range of skills, experience, disciplines and market contacts.

The firm utilizes diverse pre-real estate experience, such as investment management, trust, appraisal, insurance, securities, and development and melds it with Crosswell Torian’s approximately 100 years of real estate experience in Houston and the surrounding counties.  This provides a sound foundation for our brokerage and consulting activities.

Crosswell Torian’s most valuable asset continues to be the diversity and competitiveness of its people.  However, our company’s central focus on excellence brings each participant together to share information about his or her particular disciplines and daily real estate brokerage activities.

The Firm specializes in land sales and development opportunities that include single family, multi family, retail, office and medical. In addition to vertical improvements, Allen Crosswell and Ned Torian pursue attractive raw land and land assemblage opportunities with a keen eye toward future development and value creation for their clients.
